Greeting the new day and take a boat ride to the Cai Rang floating market. After sampling local fruits, our guide will accompany you back to the hotel along a network of canals. Before returning to Ho Chi Minh City for the night, you will stop for lunch at a small restaurant.

There are no activities planned for today, so use your free time for souvenir shopping until your transfer to the airport for your onward trip.

Day 12: Ho Chi Minh City Departure (B/L/D)

Visit the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh Complex, Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and Stilt House, the One Pillar Pagoda nearby, and other noteworthy sites are all visited during this full-day tour of Hanoi. Then, take an overnight train from Hanoi to Lao Cai.

Greeting with a warm welcome before being driven to your hotel. Private walking city tour in the late afternoon to see the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Watch a water puppet show in the evening, a welcome dinner. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)

A car will be waiting to take you to Sapa when the train arrives at Lao Cai train station at around 6:00 a.m. (~ 1.5 hours drive). Check into the hotel (early check-in available). Breakfast in the hotel, the rest of the morning is free to explore around. In the afternoon, visit Cat Cat village. Interact with the local families and share your cultural experiences with them in Cat Cat. Spend a night in Sapa.

Day 3: Lao Cai - Sapa (B/L)

After breakfast, you will begin a 3–4 hour trek through the hill tribe villages of Lao Chai and Ta Van, which are inhabited by H'mong and Dzay people. On your way to Ta Van village, you will pause to have a picnic lunch. Then, take the night train from Lao Cai back to Hanoi. Overnight on the train.

Day 4: Sapa - Lao Cai - Back to Hanoi (B)

Arrive in Hanoi around 5 a.m and taken to a nearby restaurant for breakfast and morning coffee. Then depart from Hanoi for Halong Bay, arriving at the jetty around 12:30 pm. You will embark on a junk cruise on the bay as soon as you arrive. Have lunch. Travel through the enchanted bay. You will hike a short distance to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay after lunch before swimming on a deserted beach or lying in the sun. Spend a night on board.

Day 5: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L)

Wake up to see the sunrise, go swimming before having breakfast. Explore Sung Sot cave (8–9 a.m.) after breakfast, then swim and unwind at Soi Sim beach. Your boat returns to the jetty at 9:30 a.m., and brunch is served from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. At 11:45 am, check-out. Around noon, the boat pulls into the harbor, moves from Halong to the airport to catch your quick flight to Hue. You will be transported to your hotel for the night after landing at Phu Bai Airport.

Day 6: Halong Bay - Hanoi - Hue (B/L)

Breakfast in the hotel. Start your tour of the city, taking in the Dong Ba market, the Imperial Museum, the Forbidden Purple City, and the Citadel. Overnight in Hue.

Day 7: Hue (B/L)

Breakfast in the hotel. After that, get on a private boat and cruise the picturesque Perfume River while visiting the elaborate Minh Mang's tomb and Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda). Have lunch. Depart from Hoi An for the airport in Danang to take a flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Have a half-day city tour, visit the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Post Office, and the busy Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 10: Hoi An - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)

Today you’ll travel to My Son UNESCO World Heritage Site. As you admire the temple and tower complex, your guide will offer interesting insights into its history and spiritual context. In the afternoon, we continue to visit Hoi An Ancient town. Between the 15th and 19th centuries, Hoi An known then as ‘Faifo’, was a prosperous trading port, attracting Chinese, Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese, and Spanish ships amongst others. Today, this World Heritage ancient town is recognized for its well-preserved architecture, pedestrian-only streets, and distinctive local cuisine, allowing visitors a glimpse of its illustrious past. Hoi An’s narrow lanes are ideal for a guided walking tour of its many atmospheric sights including the old merchant houses with influences from Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese architecture; the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, first built in the 1590s by the Japanese community to link them with the Chinese quarters across the stream; the Assembly Hall of the Chaozhou Chinese Congregation with its intricate woodcarvings; and the colorful market with stalls brimming with local specialties including silk, which can be turned into fashionable garments within a day or two.

Some of his belongings are on display, and visitors can walk up the steps to see his bedroom. Continue to the 6th-century Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, located on a small island in West Lake. Then visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university, built in the late 11th century. The picturesque temple is an example of well-preserved traditional Vietnamese architecture and is featured on the back of the 100,000 Vietnamese dong banknote In the afternoon, visit the Museum of Ethnology and then drive back to central Hanoi for a 45-min cyclo tour through the famed Old Quarter known for its ‘36 streets of 36 wares’ named after the original 36 artisan guilds that date as far back as the 13th century. Then stop at a vintage coffee shop, where you sit on very small chairs, as is the special style of Hanoi, to start the day by tasting a cup of Vietnamese coffee. This also offers a perfect opportunity for people-watching, to get a better idea of the daily activities of the locals. Conclude the day by watching an entertaining water puppet performance, a uniquely northern Vietnamese art form said to have originated in the flooded rice fields of the Red River Delta. The show uses colourful wooden puppets to depict scenes of rural life and episodes of national history set to music.

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour (B/L)

Upon arrival at Noi Bai Airport, after clearing all customs procedures, please proceed to the exit gate and look for your driver who will be waiting at the lobby, holding the signboard with your name on it. Your driver will come to meet you up and transfer you to hotel and free at leisure. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)

Depart Hanoi for a 2hr drive to the Tho Ha Village in Nho Quan to begin a leisurely 5-15km (3-10mi) biking trip passing by sleepy villages and picturesque countryside landscapes. Continue to Dong Tam Hamlet to participate in some engaging agricultural activities such as catching crabs, fishing and transplanting and watering vegetables. After an hour or so, return to the hamlet in time for a cooking class and lunch with a local family where sweet potato cakes and grilled fish are on the menu. After lunch, board a rowboat at the Nha Le Pier and enjoy a trip to the 900m (2,953ft)-deep Galaxy Grotto, so named for the sea of stalactites growing from the ceiling above, like so many stars. The grotto is also home to a large bat colony which nests near the end of the grotto. Return to Hanoi in the late afternoon. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi - Tho Ha Village - Galaxy Grotto (B)

Today, depart from Hanoi for a 2.5-hour drive to Tuan Chau harbour via the new highway. You will be welcomed aboard and set sail through the bay while lunch is served. You will pass through the magical bay, where thousands of sculpted limestone islands rise from the waves like dragons' teeth. After lunch, you will take a short trek to a nearby summit for a panoramic view of the bay dotted with golden sails, and then go swimming on a quiet beach or sunbathing on the sundeck. Later in the afternoon, you will visit an interesting fishing village with the opportunity to interact with fishermen who have been living in the bay for almost three generations. Back on board, you can enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset. Later, you will unwind ata lavish dinner before an overnight stay on the deluxe junk. Overnight on cruise.

Day 4: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B)

Greet the day with a morning tai chi session, with an opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay. After breakfast, you will visit a beautiful limestone grotto and then go back to the boat for a final glimpse of Halong Bay while cruising back to the dock. Checkout is at 11:45 am and the boat arrives at the harbor by noon for the drive back to Hanoi airport for your onward flight to Danang. Upon on arrival, you will be picked up and transfer to hotel. Day 5: Halong Bay - Danang - Hoi An (B/L)

08:30 AM Our local guide will meet you at the hotel lobby. Transfer by Ecar to the pier and then take a boat to the estuary. Experience the daily fishing activity of the local fishermen, and try to cast the net with their assistance. Move deep into the water coconut forest in Cam Thanh Village by a locally handmade bamboo basket boat. Listen to a brief introduction on Cua Dai about the history of this unique area. Fishermen will show you how to catch the crabs and make origami with a water coconut leaf. Split into smaller groups for a short basket boat race. Then, visit a local bamboo craftsman’s house; get an insight into their daily life and the different stages of preparing & making proper bamboo furniture or a bamboo house. Enjoy the lunch at a local restaurant. Transfer back to the hotel by E-car after the meal.

Day 8: Hoi An - Danang - Ho Chi Minh City

The program will start with a quick visit of Cai Be. Then, we’ll come to Tân Phong island for biking / walking on village paths to see the local daily life: orchard, school, church, pagoda, traditional houses... On the way, we can make some stops to see how they wave the dried water-hyacinth to make many products: baskets, bags, hats, wallets, shoes... stop at local garden enjoy some cups of tea when listening to the traditional music . Then, the rowing boat will take you deeper into the countryside on smaller canals to enjoy the peaceful time. Back to our boat to go across one of the longest rivers in the world, Mekong River, to come to An Bình Island. Travel on a handmade canal to Ut Trinh home & have an optional lunch. After lunch, we can walk in the local village to visit the local workshop to see how to make rice paper, coconut candy, pop-rice... Enjoy some sweets with a cup of hot tea. Visit the brick kilns where you can see how the local people create beautiful potteries from clay. The cruise will end at Vinh Long city. You will transfer back to Saigon. Overnight in Saigon.

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City - Cai Be - Vinh Long (B)

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh - Siem Reap (B/L)

Start your sightseeing tour of Angkor area we spend a full day exploring the wondrous ancient ruins with the South Gate of Angkor Thom, which is famous for its series of colossal human faces carved in stone, the impressive Bayon Temple, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the largest as well as the most complete temple of Angkor Wat. This architectural masterpiece was constructed in the 12th century and covers an area of about 210 hectares. We stroll around this massive edifice, seeing the many galleries with columns, libraries, pavilions, courtyards and ponds full of water reflecting the towering temple and the jungle covered temple of Ta Prohm is an incredible sight. There are enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers which embrace themselves in the stone foundations of the structure giving the impression of man's creation being reclaimed by the powerful forces of nature. Enjoy the sunset view from Bakeng Hill then transfer back to the hotel.

Day 12: Angkor Temple Full Day (B)

Early in the morning, we transfer to the plateau of Phnom Kulen. With its numerous sacred places, Phnom Kulen is Cambodia’s most revered mountain. It was here that Jayavarman ll was proclaimed god-king and the first capital of the Angkor era that was to follow was founded. On our tour through the lush jungle and remote village,s we explore Phnom Kulen’s treasures: the riverbed carvings of One Thousand Lingas, a spectacular 30-metre high waterfall with a natural swimming pool, and a mountain pagoda housing a large reclining Buddha hewn out from the natural Kulen sandstone. You will also visit the mysterious animal sculptures hidden in the dense forest. The way there is partly by motor taxi and on foot through the forest. You will have time for lunch and time for a refreshing swim at the waterfall. Overnight in Siemreap.

Day 14: Siem Reap Departure (B)

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure by private vehicle to Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam under the Dinh dynasty (968-980) and at the beginning of the previous Le dynasty (980-1009). Here, you’ll visit the temples dedicated to the emperors of the Le Dynasty and the remains of the ancient Hoa Lu Citadel. This place creates the cultural identity of the legend about the foundation of Dai Co Viet ( an old name of Vietnam). After that, you can take a half-hour walk into the surrounding limestone karst hills for spectacular views of the area. In the afternoon, after lunch, continue to Tam Coc, known as “Halong Bay on Land”, where a skilled rower will take you on a 2-hour slow journey on the winding river and canals. At the end of the tour, the steps leading to Hang Mua were modeled from the architecture of the Great Wall of China, with 486 stone steps. Traveling to Hang Mua, you will wallow in a wonderful landscape of mountains, valleys, and rivers. Some travelers getting to Hang Mua (Mua Cave) would rather love this stunning view than Halong Bay. Day 2: Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Tam Coc - Mua Cave (B/L/D)

You will be met upon arrival at Hanoi airport and transferred to your hotel. Standard check-in at 2 pm. This Vietnam tour package starts with a visit to the Temple of Literature, known as the first university of Vietnam, built in 1070 by the Ly Dynasty to honor Confucius, sages, and outstanding Vietnamese scholars. Have breakfast and enjoy the magnificent beauty of Lan Ha Bay while the cruise takes you to visit the bay. Brunch is served while heading back to the harbor. Return to the harbor and move back to Hanoi. Pick up your luggage at the hotel and relax until your transfer to Noi Bai International Airport to fly to Da Nang City. Day 4: Halong - Hanoi - Flight to Danang (B/L/D)

09:30: Transfer to Cam Thanh village by car or boat on the way, meet local fishermen, and experience the daily life
10:00: Take a bamboo basket boat on the Cam Thanh water coconut forest and have a brief introduction to the history there.
11:00: Join local fishermen on the river and enjoy the hands-on experience of round net and cast net fishing. Learn to paddle the unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat and join in a basketboat race. Morning, You’ll proceed to Ba Na Hills and ride a cable car up to the summit. Arrive at the cable car station. Sitting in the cabin, in midair, looking upon the endless tree lone of the forest. Experiencing the pristine ecological system of the Ba Na mountain will leave you with a sense of unforeseeable discovery. Visit the Le Jardin, old wineries - remains of French Villas and Linh Ung pagoda with 27m high Buddha statue. Leave Le Jardin for Gare Debay, the second cable car station, to go to the top of Ba Na Visit and play games at the Fantasy Park- Ba Na Hills Fantasy Park- the third largest indoor amusement park in the world (only some free games depending on Ba Na policy). Drive past scenes of traditional rural life as you travel from Hanoi to Halong City, the gateway to Halong Bay. On arrival, board a well-appointed junk boat, enjoy a delicious lunch, and begin cruising among some of the 3,000 islands which rise from the sea. Day 4: Halong Bay - Hue (B)

Enjoy a guided tour of the city’s sites, including Emperor Tu Duc’s elaborate tomb, Imperial Palace, Citadel, and Thien Mu Pagoda. Day 5:  Hue - Hoi An (B/L/D)

Visit the technicolored Tam Thanh village. With amazing artworks covering the walls, streets, and alleyways, this once sleepy corner of Hoi An is brought back to life. Visit Thanh Dong Organic Farm, learning the traditional farming methods adopted by this village. Chat with the local farmers and take part in the farming activities. In the afternoon, take a walking tour to discover the mix of Chinese, Japanese and French influenced architecture.

Day 6: Hoi An - Tam Thanh Village (B/L/D)

Drive to Danang before flying to Saigon, Vietnam’s commercial capital. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for check-in. Take a moment to freshen up before your journey continues to the Cu Chi Tunnels. Discover the network of underground tunnels while learning about their role in the Vietnam War. Return to Saigon and spend the remainder of day at leisure. Late in the afternoon, take a street eat trip in the city.

Day 7: Hoi An - Cu Chi Tunnels (B/L/D)

Venture to the Mekong Delta and spend the day exploring the many palm fringed canals, local temples and markets. Enjoy a delicious lunch made from locally harvested produce. On your return drive to Saigon, stop by a Cao Dai temple with its spectacular architecture and vivid colours. Arrive back to Saigon to join your group for a farewell dinner.

Day 8: Mekong Delta (B/L/D)

After breakfast, enjoy a guided walking tour of Saigon. Wander along Dong Khoi Street, admire the grand architecture of Notre Dame Cathedral, stop at the Reunification Palace, and get lost amongst the many stalls and vendors within Ben Thanh Markets. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for your onward journey.

Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City & Departure (B)

Depart from Saigon for the 1.5-hour drive to Ben Tre, situated in the Mekong River Delta, exchanging city scenes for lush rice paddies and fruit farms. At the pier, embark on a fascinating motorboat excursion past stilt houses, fish farms, and scenes of countryside living. Arrive at Turtle Island, and sample freshly picked fruit and coconut milk while interacting with a local farming family. Day 1: Ho Chi Minh Arrival 

In the morning, you will take a half-day city tour to visit outside of Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica, a neo-Roman cathedral built by the colonial French with materials entirely imported from Marseilles, Saigon Central Post Office, which was designed and constructed in the early 20th Century by the famous French architect Gustave Eiffel. Then, visit the War Remnants Museum, which features an extensive collection of exhibits including weaponry, photos, and documentation on Vietnam’s wars with the French and Americans. You also have free time to go shopping at Ben Thanh Market before transferring to the airport to fly to Danang. Upon arriving at Danang airport, you will meet our guide and transfer to a hotel in Danang for check-in. Overnight in Danang.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh Half-day City Tour  - Danang (B)

Drive 45 minutes from Danang to Ba Na Hills. In the old-growth forest, there are 543 species of flora and 256 species of fauna, including many rare animals such as the Crested Argus, Asian Black Bear, and northern buffed-cheeked gibbon. Located at an elevation of 1,487 meters, the temperature of this place is mostly cool year-round. Arrive at Ba Na Hills Station, where you have a chance to ride on a modern system of cable cars. Get a bird's-eye view of nature, which is strikingly beautiful, while enjoying the feeling of flying in the blue sky among the clouds and wind. Next, visit some old French villas as well as a suspension bridge, Nui Chua, and Mountain Peak. Experience the feeling of walking in the clouds when you walk on the Golden Bridge, which is supported by giant hands at a height of over 1,400m above sea level. After your lunch at a local restaurant with a great view, continue to explore Vong Nguyet villa (and its wine cellar), and Linh Ung Pagoda, Sakyamuni Buddha's monument. Day 4: Ba Na Hills - Golden Bridge (B)

In the morning, you will join Hoi An Ancient City. Hoi An known then as ‘Faifo’, was a prosperous trading port, attracting Chinese, Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese, and Spanish ships amongst others. Today, this World Heritage ancient town is recognized for its well-preserved architecture, pedestrian-only streets, and distinctive local cuisine, allowing visitors a glimpse of its illustrious past. Hoi An’s narrow lanes are ideal for a guided walking tour of its many atmospheric sights including old merchant houses with influences from Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese architecture; the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, first built in the 1590s by the Japanese community to link them with the Chinese quarters across the stream; the Assembly Hall of the Chaozhou Chinese Congregation with its intricate woodcarvings; and the colorful market with stalls brimming with local specialties including silk, which can be turned into fashionable garments within a day or two before transfer to Danang airport for your flight to Hanoi. Day 5: Hoi An Walking Tour - Hanoi (B)

Explore the charming city of Hanoi, often referred to as the ‘Paris of the East’, with its yellow ochre colonial buildings, tree-lined boulevards, and scenic lakes.
Start by visiting Ho Chi Minh's House, a simple wooden house in a tranquil setting where Ho Chi Minh lived and worked. Some of his belongings are on display, and visitors can walk up the steps to see his bedroom. Continue to the 6th-century Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in Hanoi, located on a small island in West Lake. Then visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university, built in the late 11th century. The picturesque temple is an example of well-preserved traditional Vietnamese architecture and is featured on the back of the 100,000 Vietnamese dong banknote.
In the afternoon, visit the Museum of Ethnology and then drive back to central Hanoi for a 45-minute cyclo tour through the famed Old Quarter known for its ‘36 streets of 36 wares’ named after the original 36 artisan guilds that date as far back as the 13th century. Then stop at a vintage coffee shop, where you sit on very small chairs, as is the special style of Hanoi, to start the day by tasting a cup of Vietnamese coffee. This also offers a perfect opportunity for people-watching, to get a better idea of the daily activities of the locals.
Conclude your Hanoi day tour by watching an entertaining water puppet performance, a uniquely northern Vietnamese art form said to have originated in the flooded rice fields of the Red River Delta. The show uses colorful wooden puppets to depict scenes of rural life and episodes of national history set to music.

Day 6: Hanoi City Tour (B/L/D)

Depart for a 2.5-hour journey to Halong Bay. Make a stop en route for some refreshment (around 15-20 minutes). On arrival in Halong Bay, this UNESCO World Heritage site boasts a wild beauty of clustered limestone islets and crescent beaches. Currently, the remaining tunnels have become an extremely attractive point for all tourists, giving you a unique experience, such as being able to feel the underground life of ancient heroes. Day 2: Cao Dai Temple - Cu Chi Tunnels (B/L)

Upon arrival at National Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our guide and driver. Depending on your arrival time, we’ll transfer you to the hotel for check-in if the rooms are available. Or else, join a city tour by visiting some famous spots: The Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Old Post Office, and War Remnants Museum. Day 6: Chau Doc - Phnom Penh (B/L/D)

Explore the bustling city of Phnom Penh by taking a round to visit some major sights: the Silver Pagoda, the legendary temple of Wat Phnom, and the National Museum. Afternoon, you’ll visit the memorial site of the S-21 interrogation and detention center of the Khmer Rouge regime - Tuol Sleng Museum. The rest of the day, you’ll head to the Central Market and experience the rich culture and history of Phnom Penh. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 7: Phnom Penh Visit (B)

After breakfast, we’ll transfer to the airport for the flight to Siem Reap. Upon arrival, you visit first the impressive Bayon Temple. In the afternoon, continue visiting the famous Angkor Wat Temple. After that, visit Bakheng Temple and enjoy a romantic sun set view from Bakheng hill. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 8: Phnom Penh - Siem Reap - Angkor Wat (B)

We will visit the South Gate of Angkor Thom, the famous Bayon temple, the Banteay Srei temple, and the Banteay Samre. We continue to visit the fabulous Ta Prohm, Pre Rup, East Mebon, Krovan, Srah Srang, Banteay Kdei, and Ta Keo. Your Vietnam itinerary begins with the guide and by car with the driver, you drive to the city's famous attraction: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum. Presidential Palace. President Ho Chi Minh's pile house. The one-pillar pagoda. Vietnam's first university Van Mieu. The Ethnology Museum. Later in the afternoon, stroll around Hanoi's evocative old neighborhood with a stop at the cozy coffee shop.

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour (B/L)

Arrival in Hanoi. In the Arrivals Hall, your driver stands with a sign with your name applied, helps you out to the car and drives to the centrally located hotel. The hotel is located in the old quarter of the city with its nice narrow commercial streets and within walking distance of Hoan Kiem Lake and Dong Xuan Market, both of which are some of Hanoi's landmarks.

Transfer to Halong Bay to continue your Vietnam itinerary. On a smaller cruises aboard, you will be traveling around Halong Bay with its marvelous limestone landscape on a 2 day 1 night cruise. The boat trip comes well around Halong Bay and away from the areas where most tour boats are located. A visit to a cave is planned, a landing on a large limestone island and the opportunity to kayak. Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Cruise (B/L/D)

Further sailing in the bay, where you come i.a. past a floating fishing village. On the way back to the mainland, lunch is served. On land again you drive to a smaller village where you see traditional water puppet theater. Then by car to Hanoi and later transfer to the train station to take the night train to Sapa. Day 4: Halong Bay - Hanoi - Sapa (B/L)

Arrival at the train station and transfer to breakfast at hotel in Sapa city. Walk around the city center before being taken by car to the starting point of the hike. 4-5 hour trekking tour with guide in the beautiful mountainous regions with rice terraces and villages with different ethnic minority groups. Overnight stay in homestay with family from the Tay tribe. Alternatively, on the 2 nights in Sapa, you can be taken by car to the city and spend the night at the hotel, and then the next day drive to the hiking route again.

Day 5: Sapa (B/L/D)

After breakfast with the family, you continue in the green nature area for more than 7 hours at your own pace up hillsides and pass villages with colorful minority people. Overnight in homestay with the Red Dao tribe (or by car to Sapa town and overnight in hotel bed).

Trip-trap trekking for around 4½ hours in this scenic mountain area. After lunch you are brought to Sapa town with access to bathing facilities and changing clothes. You have some time in the city center before picking up and transporting to the train station, from where you are going by night train to Hanoi.

Pickup at the railway station. Before breakfast at the hotel, stop at Hoan Kiem Lake where the locals do morning gymnastics. Transfer to Hanoi airport and flight to Hoi An. Day off to stroll around the cozy streets with the old grocery stores built at that time French, Chinese and Japanese traders settled in Hoi An. In the historic setting today there are restaurants, galleries, artifacts shops and tailors. Time to get selected fabric and sew something to the wardrobe. Or time to go to the beach or ride a bike.

Day 9: Hoi An (B)

Car to the starting point for the bike ride, which goes through private housing districts and rural surroundings. Several stops are made along the way by small contractors who do wood carving, incense sticks, fishing boats, and when you encounter local attractions. You have lunch in a private setting in the countryside to Hoi An. After the bike ride transfer by car to the hotel.

Day 10: Hoi An (B/L)

By car to the airport and by plane to Ho Chi Minh City. Pick-up and transfer to a charming lodge located far off the beaten track in the original "backyard" of the Mekong Delta. The days at the lodge include visits to various private homes, a temple, and small contractors making rice popcorn, flares of nature's materials, sailing in a sampan boat, stopping at a school for the lowest grades and a few bike rides around the countryside with rice fields and small villages.

This morning you will transfer from country back to city. From the rustic Mekong to 10 million people, the metropolis of Ho Chi Minh City. Lunch at a good restaurant before you in the afternoon passes the old palace of the South Vietnamese presidents, the War Museum and the old French post office.

Day 13: Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L/D)

Car to the Cu Chi Tunnels, a 3-level underground tunnel system and just over 250km long. From here, the resistance group Viet Cong fought against the South Vietnamese army and US troops. The evening offers metropolitan and gastronomic experiences as you ride a small 100cc motorcycle with driver through the city's neighborhoods and eat specialties at various restaurants.

Day 14: Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi Tunnels (B/L/D)

Time to experience Vietnam's largest city on its own, as most flights are in the evening. Take a walk in the city center for example. past the US Embassy, Notre Dame Cathedral and the central Ben Thanh Market, all within a 1km radius. To begin your Vietnam Private Tour, our guide will wait for you at the Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi and then take you to the hotel. You'll have a welcome dinner, a water puppet show, and an overnight stay in Hanoi.

Breakfast in hotel. At 8:00 am, take the roughly three-hour drive to Halong City. Arriving in Halong City, you will board your boat for a four-hour cruise through this breathtaking region, stopping along the way to explore one of the region's most stunning limestone caves. A delectable local seafood lunch will be served by the boat crew as you cruise. Back into your Hanoi hotel for the night.

Day 3: Halong Bay (B)

Travel to HCMC in the morning and then enjoy a private tour of the commercial hub of the nation. Visit Chinatown, the Thien Hau Pagoda, the Reunification Palace, the Opera House, and the Hotel de Ville, War Remnants Museum are among the places you'll see. Day 4: Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)

You will depart from HCMC and travel to the lush My Tho. Day 5: Mekong Delta Excursion (B/L)

You will take a half-day private tour to the Cu Chi Tunnels in the morning. More than 200 km of zunderground tunnels make up the Cu Chi Tunnels. Numerous trap doors, specially designed living quarters, warehouses, weapon factories, field hospitals, command posts, and kitchens were all part of the network offering visitors a unique insight into life during the U.S.-Vietnam War underground. Day 4: Nha Trang - Danang - Hoi An (B/L)

Transfer to the airport for a flight to Hanoi. This afternoon Hanoi city tour, we take a 20-minute drive from your hotel to the very impressive Museum of Ethnology, among the finest of Vietnam’s museums. You will see many exhibits, photographs, and actual houses inhabited by some of the 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam. It will offer a truly colorful introduction to these ethnic tribes. From here, we enjoy a one-hour cyclo tour of Hanoi‘s vibrant Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake, the focal point of the city. This is great fun! Lastly, in the late afternoon, you will be enchanted by the legends and stories told at the Thang Long Water Puppet show, which no one should miss while visiting Hanoi. Day 5: Hoi An - Danang - Hanoi (B/L)

In the morning we drive to Halong City, approximately 3,5 hours away. Once at Halong Bay, you will board our boat for a four-hour cruise tour of this stunning area, stopping along the way to visit one of the limestone caves in the area. As we cruise our boat staff will serve you a sumptuous local seafood lunch on the cruise. After 4 hours of navigation, we sail back to the harbor and drive back to your hotel in Hanoi.

Day 6: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Hanoi (B/L)

For this morning's city tour, we drive to Ho Chi Minh’s complex, including the mausoleum of the nation’s founder and leader. Here, large crowds gather to pay there respects to the man they simply call Uncle Ho as they silently file past his glass sarcophagus. The Presidential Palace and Uncle Ho’s wooden stilt house can also be seen here. One of must-see places in the complex is One Pillar pagoda dating back 11th century. The next stop is the Temple of Literature, the site of Vietnam’s oldest university and dedicated to one of the world’s most famous scholars, Confucius. Free in the afternoon

Day 7: Hanoi City Tour (B)

Day 8: Hanoi Departure (B)

You will explore the fascinating Old Quarter and its hundreds of specialty shops selling silk clothing, lacquer ware, embroidered linens, furniture, bamboo, cooking utensils, ceremonial objects and more. Of course, there's plenty of time to enjoy people watching at stylish cafes and shop for impressive modern art in the city's myriad galleries. You will also visit Hanoi 's main cultural attractions, including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, his House on Stilts, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Fine Arts Museum, the Temple of Literature, the Thang Long Imperial Citadel (a UNESCO designated World Heritage site) or Vietnam Ethnology Museum. Day 2: Hanoi Heritage Exploration (B/L)

Arrive Hanoi (D) Upon arrival at Hanoi's Noi Bai International Airport, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to your hotel. There will be a welcome dinner at a local restaurant, followed by an evening water puppet performance before an overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival (D)

In the morning you will depart Hanoi at 08:00 for a three and a half hour drive through the Red River Delta to Ha Long Bay City. On the way, you will stop for refreshments, and upon arriving in Halong City, you will take a tender transfer to your junk and set sail through the bay while lunch is served. As you cruise the magical bay, you will notice thousands of sculpted limestone islands rising from the waves like dragons' teeth. Later in the afternoon, you'll visit a fishing village with the opportunity to interact with fishermen who have been living in the bay for almost three generations. Back on board, you'll enjoy cocktails or a cooking class while watching the sunset, and later you can unwind at a restaurant with a lavish dinner. To end the day, you can enjoy some evening activities such as movie night, board games, or a beauty treatment, before an overnight stay on the junk.

Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Cruise (B/L/D)

After rising to the sound of the ocean coming to life, you'll enjoy breakfast, take a Tai Chi class and watch the sunrise over the bay (if you choose to get up that early!) You will visit a beautiful limestone grotto, and then head back to the junk for a final glimpse of Halong Bay while cruising back to the dock. Disembarking at the Cruise Café Lounge, you'll rejoin your private car for transfer back to the airport for a one-hour flight to Hue. Upon arrival at Phu Bai airport, you will be transferred directly to your hotel and have free time before an overnight stay.

Day 4: Halong Bay - Hanoi - Hue (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, you will board a private traditional boat for a cruise on the romantic Perfume River as you head out to the countryside. Being the ancient capital, Hue is surrounded by ancient tombs of emperors past, and a visit to some of these tombs will be on the itinerary for today. The charming Lady Pagoda (Thien Mu Pagoda) will be the first stop of the day. From here, you will rejoin your car to pay a visit to ornate Minh Mang's and Tu Duc's tombs. You will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before driving to visit Hue Citadel, the Imperial City, the Forbidden Purple City, and the Imperial Museum. You will stay overnight in Hue.

Day 5: Hue Imperial Citadel (B/L/D)

Today you will travel over the Hai Van pass to visit the Cham Ruins at My Son Holy Land. My Son is the former capital of the ancient Cham civilization that ruled Central Vietnam from the second to the thirteenth century. Their religion was primarily derived from Indian Hinduism. My Son is considered to be one of the best-preserved Cham structures in Vietnam. The complex is comprised of seventy Hindu-like towers and temples dating from the second century. This site is a must-see for those people who are interested in architecture and ancient civilizations, and it is now one of five UNESCO World Heritage sites in Vietnam. You will then drive to Hoi An for hotel check-in and have some free time to explore the town. You will stay overnight in Hoi An.

Day 6: Hue - My Son - Hoi An (B/L/D)

From the 16th to 18th centuries, Hoi An was a thriving international commercial port for Chinese, Dutch, French, Japanese, Portuguese, and Arab traders. These people came primarily to trade in high-grade silk (which is still produced in the area) as well as ceramics. Today, Hoi An is a quaint riverside town, popular with tourists for its eclectic architecture, tailors shops, and numerous cafes. Some of the buildings in the narrow streets have remained unchanged for more than a century. You will enjoy a half-day walking tour through the narrow winding streets of the Ancient Quarter, visiting Chua Ong Pagoda, the Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200-year-old Tam Ky ancestral house, and the Japanese Bridge. Following the tour there will be free time for shopping, ordering some fast service tailor-made clothing, or simply relaxing. You will stay overnight in Hoi An.

Day 7: Hoi An Ancient Town (B/L)

In the morning, you will transfer to the airport for a flight to HCMC. In the afternoon, you will have a private tour of Ho Chi Minh City, the country's commercial center and home to a growing number of upscale restaurants and shops. You'll visit the Reunification Palace, the Opera House, and the Hotel de Ville. If you desire, you can visit the powerful War Remnants Museum. Later, explore colorful outdoor markets and Dong Khoi Street, the city's main shopping boulevard, with fashionable boutiques and accessories designed by up-and-coming Vietnamese designers. There are also hill tribe crafts, high-quality linens and housewares to be found before you settle in for an overnight stay in HCMC.

Day 8: Hoi An - Danang - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)

You will leave HCMC and head for lush My Tho where you will board a private boat. You will cruise through the green vegetation of the canals to reach an orchard, where guests are treated to a delicious lunch in a local restaurant in the heart of the Mekong, complete with succulent tropical fruits. You will also visit the Dong Tam snake farm that breeds snakes for (among other things) snake wine before heading back to HCMC for an overnight stay.

Day 9: Mekong Delta Excursion (B)

In the morning you will enjoy a half-day private excursion to the Cu Chi Tunnels. The tunnels consist of more than 200kilometers of underground tunnels. This main axis system has many branches connecting to underground hideouts, shelters, and entrances to other tunnels. The network included innumerable trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers and kitchens. Today the remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life was like during the U.S.-Vietnam War. You will have free time in the afternoon and you will stay one final night in HCMC.

Day 10: Cu Chi Tunnels (B/L)

There is no activity planned for today, so you are free to enjoy your free time souvenir shopping until transfer to the airport for your onward flight

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City Departure (B/L)

Morning: In the morning, take a half day to visit Ho Chi Minh Complex which features the life of Ho Chi Minh, the nation’s founder. At the complex, visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the colonial Presidential Palace, the One Pillar Pagoda. Visit the Temple of Literature, known as the first university of Vietnam built in 1070 by the Ly Dynasty to honor Confucius, sages and outstanding Vietnamese scholars.
Afternoon: continue the tour to the Museum of Ethnology, Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple located on an islet in the lake. Hoan Kiem Lake is the center point of Hanoi and home to a rare endangered giant turtle species. Its name “Returned Sword” comes from a legend of a sacred sword being lent to an ancient Vietnamese King by a holy turtle from the lake and later returned to the turtle. Free and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi Full Day Tour (B/L)

You will be met upon arrival at Hanoi airport and transferred to your hotel. Standard Check in at 2 pm. In the afternoon, you’re free to walk around to visit local markets and Hanoi's Old Town, known for its 36 streets and former artisan guilds. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure by private vehicle to Hoa Lu, the ancient capital of Vietnam under the Dinh dynasty (968-980) and at the beginning of the previous Le dynasty (980-1009). Here, you’ll visit the temples dedicated to emperors of the Le Dynasty and the remains of the ancient Hoa Lu Citadel. This place creates the cultural identity of the legend about the foundation of Dai Co Viet ( an old name of Vietnam). After that, you can take a half-hour walk into the surrounding limestone karst hills for spectacular views of the area. In the afternoon, you will embark on a sampan for a beautiful ride on the Ngo Dong River. Along the water, in the middle of the rice fields, you can admire the extraordinary landscapes of numerous limestone peaks with tormented shapes covered with lush vegetation. This is the reason why this place is called “Halong Bay on land”. Cycling around the idyllic village to explore the sceneries. Back to the bus to return to Hanoi

Day 3: Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Hanoi (B/L/D)

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure by private car for Ha Long Bay through the extensive landscapes of the Red River Delta. Arrival at Ha Long Bay around noon. Leave Le Jardin for Gare Debay, the second cable car station, to go to the top of Ba Na Visit and play games at the Fantasy Park- Ba Na Hills Fantasy Park- the third largest indoor amusement park in the world (only some free games depending on Ba Na policy). Afternoon: continue the tour to the Museum of Ethnology, Hoan Kiem Lake, and Ngoc Son Temple, located on an islet in the lake. Hoan Kiem Lake is the center point of Hanoi and home to a rare endangered giant turtle species. Its name, “Returned Sword,” comes from a legend of a sacred sword being lent to an ancient Vietnamese King by a holy turtle from the lake and later returned to the turtle. Then Free and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 9: Hanoi Full Day Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure by private car for Ha Long Bay through the extensive landscapes of the Red River Delta.
Arrival at Ha Long Bay around noon. You’ll be warmly welcomed by Cruises receptionists at the International Tuan Chau harbor. Enjoy lunch in the restaurant. Check in to rest in the room or get on the cruise's roof to relax, savor the scenery, and hunt for beautiful photos of Lan Ha Bay.
In the afternoon, you will begin to participate in activities on board, explore caves, swim or you can enjoy the view or relax in the jacuzzi, and enjoy afternoon tea. Have dinner and activities on the cruise in the evening such as enjoying cocktails at the bar or night squid fishing. Overnight on cruise. 

Day 10: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L/D)

There is nothing better than a morning waking up in the middle of the sea, watching the sunrise, and enjoying the fresh air. You’ll take part in Tai Chi instructions on the sundeck in 30 minutes. Have breakfast and enjoy the magnificent beauty of Lan Ha Bay while the cruise takes you to visit the bay.
Brunch is served while back to the harbor. Return to the harbor and move back to Hanoi. Free time to explore Hanoi.

Day 11: Halong Bay - Hanoi (B/Br)

Breakfast at the hotel. Freetime until transfer to the airport for the flight departure. Check out standard at 12.00

Day 12: Hanoi free time & Departure (B)

Breakfast in the hotel. Free time on the beach. Overnight in Nha Trang.
