Day 2 - Friday: Discover Mekong Delta (B/L)

Depart from Saigon for the 1.5hr drive to Ben Tre, situated in the Mekong River Delta, exchanging city scenes for lush rice paddies and fruit farms. At the pier, embark on a fascinating motorboat excursion past stilt houses, fish farms and scenes of countryside living. Arrive at Turtle Island, and sample freshly picked fruit and coconut milk while interacting with a local farming family. Visit a family-run coconut candy workshop, utilising Ben Tre’s famous coconuts. Explore more of the Delta from a rowing sampan through a network of small canals. A local lunch of local specialties will be served at a local restaurant before returning to Saigon in mid-afternoon.

Day 3 Saturday: Hochiminh half-day city tour - Fly to Danang (B/L)

In the morning, you will take a half-day city tour to visit outside of Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica (is renovating until 2022), a neo-Roman cathedral built by the colonial French with materials entirely imported from Marseilles, Saigon Central Post Office, which was designed and constructed in the early 20th Century by the famous French architect Gustave Eiffel. Then, visit the War Remnants Museum, which features an extensive collection of exhibits including weaponry, photos and documentation on Vietnam’s wars with the French and Americans. You also have free time to go shopping at Ben Thanh Market.
In the morning, following lunch at local restaurant, you will transfer to Hochiminh airport for flight to Danang.
Upon arrival at Danang airport, you will meet our guide and transfer to hotel in for check in. Overnight in Danang.

Day 6 - Tuesday: Hanoi arrival & Half-day city tour (L)

Upon arrival in Hanoi Railway Station at 05:45AM. Our driver and guide will pick you up at and transfer to hotel. You will leave your luggage and have breakfast to relax.
In the morning, you will visit the Museum of Ethnology and then walking through the famed Old Quarter known for its ‘36 streets of 36 wares’ named after the original 36 artisan guilds that date as far back as the 13th century. Conclude the day by watching an entertaining water puppet performance, a uniquely northern Vietnamese art form said to have originated in the flooded rice fields of the Red River Delta. The show uses colourful wooden puppets to depict scenes of rural life and episodes of national history set to music. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 5- Monday: Hoi An walking tour - Overnight train to Hanoi (B/L)

In the morning, you will join Hoi An Ancient City. Hoi An known then as ‘Faifo’, was a prosperous trading port, attracting Chinese, Japanese, Dutch, Portuguese and Spanish ships amongst others. Today, this World Heritage ancient town is recognised for its well-preserved architecture, pedestrian-only streets and distinctive local cuisine, allowing visitors a glimpse of its illustrious past. Hoi An’s narrow lanes are ideal for a guided walking tour of its many atmospheric sights including: old merchant houses with influences from Chinese, Japanese and Vietnamese architecture; the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, first built in the 1590s by the Japanese community to link them with the Chinese quarters across the stream; the Assembly Hall of the Chaozhou Chinese Congregation with its intricate woodcarvings; and the colourful market with stalls brimming with local specialties including silk, which can be turned into fashionable garments within a day or two.
Then you will transfer to Danang Rail Station for night train to Hanoi.

This Afternoon will be the highlight moment of the trip, the train will pass by Danang and go through the magnificent view of Hai Van Pass to Hue, you will have 3 hours with wonderful view from the window of the train with 01 side is the mountain and 01 side is the ocean.

Day 7 - Wednesday: Hanoi - Ninh Binh - Tam Coc (B/L)

Depart Hanoi for a 2hr drive to the Trang An Landscape Complex in Ninh Binh Province. Inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2014, Trang An is famed for its spectacular landscape of limestone karst peaks whose sheer vertical walls rise abruptly 200m (656ft) above the surrounding land and water. Dense rain forest covers the landscape, even clinging to the cliffs and peaks, blending naturally with rice paddy fields and rivers, creating a picturesque patchwork of color. Within the complex, visit Vietnam’s ancient capital of Hoa Lu, the country’s first centralized feudal state from the end of the 10th century. While the ancient citadel has largely disappeared, the temples of the Dinh and Le dynasties still stand surrounded by rice paddies. After lunch Continue to Tam Coc, known as “Halong Bay on Land”, where a skilled rower will take you on a 2hr slow journey on the winding river and canals. Enjoy the views of the beautiful karst formations as you enter three of the many natural caves formed under the hills. Return to Hotel late afternoon. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 8- Thursday: Hanoi - Halong Bay (B/L/D)

Depart for a 2.5 hour journey to Halong Bay. Make a stop en route for some refreshment (around 15-20 minutes). On arrival in Halong Bay, This UNESCO World Heritage site boasts a wild beauty of clustered limestone islets and crescent beaches. Then board your deluxe junk, settle into your cabin and prepare your appetite for an enjoyable lunch on deck. Settle on board your main boat to begin a 2 day/1 night cruise through the spectacular Ha Long Bay. Afterwards, take an exhilarating kayak trip through the lagoon, have a refreshing swim or simply relax on board and enjoy the sunset.
Overnight on junk.

Day 9 - Friday: Halong Bay - Back to Hanoi (B/D)

Wake up early and take a position on the upper deck to witness the sun rise over the bay, a cup of hot tea in hand. Early morning is truly a magical time on the bay as the limestone karsts appear all around you in different shapes, sizes and colours. Continue sailing through magnificent Ha Long Bay. Enjoy a brunch on board before arriving at Ha Long City Pier at noon where transportation will be waiting for and drive back to Hanoi. Enjoy the farewell dinner and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 10 - Saturday: Hanoi - Departure (B)

Today is your last day in Vietnam. Spare some time for shopping and the driver will take you to Airport for your departure flight back home.

Day 4 - Sunday: Natural beauty of Ba Na Hills & Golden Bridge (B/L)

Drive 45 minutes from Danang to Ba Na Hill. In the old-growth forest, there are 543 species of flora and 256 species of fauna including many rare animals such as: Crested Argus, Asian Black Bear, northern buffed-cheeked gibbon. Located at an elevation of 1,487 meters, the temperature of this place is mostly cool year-round. Arrive at Ba Na Hills Station where you have a chance to ride on a modern system of cable cars. Get a bird's-eye view of nature which is strikingly beautiful, while enjoying a feeling of flying in the blue sky among the clouds and wind. Next, visit some old French villas as well as a suspension bridge, Nui Chua and the Mountain Peak. Experience the feeling of walking in the clouds when you walk on the Golden Bridge which is supported by giant hands at a height of over 1,400m above sea level. After your lunch at a local restaurant with a great view, continue to explore Vong Nguyet villa (and its wine cellar), and Linh Ung Pagoda, Sakyamuni Buddha's monument. Transfer back to hotel. Overnight in Danang.

Arrive this morning in Hanoi, Vietnam 1,000-year-old capital. Historical emphasis on the arts and learning stipulates that buildings in Hanoi remain small, simple, and in harmony with nature. You are met at the airport and escorted to your hotel. The afternoon is at leisure. Evening enjoys a welcome dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 11: Ho Chi Minh City - Siem Riep (B)

You have free time until transfer to the airport for the flight to Siem Reap, your base for visiting the fabulous ancient sites of Angkor, one of the wonders of world. The grandeur of this bygone civilization is truly astounding. Warmly welcome at Siem Reap International airport, you are met and transferred to your comfortable hotel. Free. At leisure. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 12 : Angkor Wat (B)

Today you visit the antique capital of Angkor Thom (12 century), the South Gate with its huge statues depicting the churning of the ocean of the Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avalokitesvara, the Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.
In the afternoon visit Angkor Wat - the most famous of all the temples on the plain of Angkor. The temple complex covers 81 hectares and is considered by art historians to be the prime example of classical Khmer art and architecture. Then continue to view the wonderful sunset from Phnom Bakheng Hills. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 13: Angkor Wat (B)

Visit Banteay Srei temple (10th century), regarded as the jewel in the crown of classical Khmer Art. Then continue your visit to Banteay Samre, build in the third quarter of the 12th century. It consists of a central temple with four wings
Afternoon visit the unique interior brick sculptures of Prasat Kravan, Srah Srang ("The Royal Baths" was once used for ritual bathing), Banteay Kdei (surrounded by 4 concentric walls), Ta Keo, constructed in late 10th early 11th century C.E and Ta Prohm, one of the area’s most beautiful. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 14: Departure (B) 

Free. At leisre or you may board on boat in Tonle Sap Lake, the "Great Lake" of Cambodia, one of the largest in Asia. Here, enjoy a brief cruise past floating villages complete with schools, restaurants, and hospitals until transfer to Siem Reap Airport for departure. End of tour.
